Andy's work and personal lives include a variety of pursuits. He has worked as a telecommunications engineer, a quality consultant, and an organization development specialist.
In his spare time, he has played banjo on stage before an audience of hundreds, brewed award-winning beer, authored chapters in about 8 books published by Jossey-Bass and McGraw-Hill, run a marathon to within 47 seconds of his goal (on the wrong side of the goal, unfortunately!), and sold and displayed his own artwork in public (but the kinetic/configurable painting has yet to be viewed outside his home). He is interested in enhancing innovation and creativity in the workplace to bring about new products and services to capture market share. And in finding the perfect glass of beer. |
